Wonderful place! Concord should finally find its place in the local and international travel books!

The park was originally called Salvio Pacheco Square. Salvio Pacheco's lodge is still nearby. It is the Adobe across from the Indian restaurant near the Brendan Theatre.

The old theatre next door to teh Hot Palace on the square is now a community center. The Presbyterian Church aquired it since it had for a time been the Kit Kat theatre that had shown adult films up to the 80s.
